SALON POLICIES
We appreciate all of our guests at LAIR Salon and want to make sure each of you feels at home. We’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to LAIR Salon's guests, you will be sent a reservation confirmation text 72 hours in advance and a reminder text 24 hours in advance. A 50 PERCENT DEPOSIT is required to book any service. This deposit is based on the starting price of your service and is used towards your final bill. If you reschedule 24+ hours in advance, your deposit will roll over to a new reservation. Any guest that cancels their reservation less than 24 hours in advance will FORFEIT their deposit. Any guest who no shows their reservation will be CHARGED 100 PERCENT of the service base price. Cancellation fees and deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Please note that if you arrive 15+ minutes late to your reservation, you may need to be rescheduled at our earliest convenience.

SERVICES
Consultations are $35 and are encouraged BEFORE booking any chemical service. Consultation fee will act as a credit towards a future service and/or Halo Couture Extensions purchase. Additional product and color charges may be added to your service depending on your hair length, thickness and goal. All prices displayed are base prices and are subject to change.

INVESTMENT GUARANTEE
LAIR Salon provides Professional Hair Cutting, Coloring and Treatment services using some of the finest products available. All clients are encouraged to use their recommended haircare to have long lasting results. LAIR Salon does not offer refunds on services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair or service, please contact LAIR Salon within 72 hours following your reservation to ensure your expectations are met. If you choose to not return to LAIR Salon and/or alter your hair in any way, our warranty is voided and LAIR Salon is relieved of all liability.

RETAIL PRODUCTS
Retail products are final sale and non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your product purchase or have any questions in regard to your product's usage and/or performance, please contact LAIR Salon as soon as possible.

HALO COUTURE EXTENSIONS
Halo Couture Extension prices displayed are subject to change. Tax and individual shipping costs apply. The color ring is a guide to correct color matching, but all Extensions are hand colored on 100% Remy Human Hair and some normal variations can occur. Due to Human Hair industry standards, your Halo Couture Extensions are a final sale product with no refunds or returns.

GRATUITIES
Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. Prices do not include gratuities. Any tip is greatly appreciated.
